He test-drove everything from phlebotomy to physical therapy before having his "aha!" moment while shadowing a financial advisor. What clicked? Fast forward to today, and Kyle's that guy who gets genuinely excited about retirement planning (yes, really!). Armed with his CFP® designation and a finance degree from Grand Valley State University, he's helped folks navigate the money maze at big firms like Charles Schwab and Fidelity. But something was missing at those corporate giants. He wanted to actually get to know his clients, not just their account numbers.
That's what brought him to Schwallier Wealth Management, where he combines number-crunching logic with a knack for making clients feel at ease. Fun fact: despite sharing a last name with the firm, Kyle and Adam Schwallier didn't even know each other existed until Kyle was 20! Turns out they're second cousins who share a great-grandfather – talk about a small world.
When he's not helping clients map out their financial futures, you'll find Kyle starting his day with an early morning swim (yes, by choice). He's also an avid golfer, though he admits his disc golf game has taken a backseat lately.
After coming back to West Michigan from stints in Indianapolis and Charlotte, Kyle's happy to be home in Grand Rapids Township, doing what he loves: making finance less intimidating, one conversation at a time.
